PLEASE NOTE:

Orders are often taken to the post office at the end of my business day. Therefore, it is possible the post office will not update tracking info online until the next business day.

Please allow 2-3 business days (does not include day of order or weekends) for custom orders (bow ties, dresses, skirts, certain headbands) to ship.

For tutu orders, please allow 4-7 business days (does not include day of order or weekends) prior to shipment.

SHIPMENT METHODS

Bow ties, skirts and hair accessories are shipped via USPS First Class, unless you choose otherwise.

Tutus and pillowcase dresses are shipped via USPS Priority mail.

All shipments include Delivery Confirmation.

Express Mail is available at checkout and is guaranteed by the post office for 1-2 day delivery.  Please note this option does not speed processing time,  just the time the package reaches you once mailed.

RETURNS

If there is any issue at all regarding your order, please message me anytime through the contact page or feel free to email me at: info [!at] tomastutusandthings.com. I will respond in less than 24hrs.

I accept returns within 7 days of receipt of your item. Item returned must be unwashed and not worn. Item must be smoke and pet-hair free. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. I highly recommend purchasing tracking information as proof of your return.
